From the main train station (Stazione Termini) it will take you about 15-20 min, in taxi or bus (number 46 or H), to get to Trastevere. From the airport of Fiumicino you have the option of coming by taxi, which usually takes 30-40 min, or by train. From Ciampino airport instead, your only two options are by taxi or by bus.
